1. What this is
By installing or running a PascualLabs game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, simply do not use the game.
2. Free of charge and ads
The games are free. Google Play versions show ads; in some games ads can be removed with a one-time "No ads" purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled by the app store under its own rules.
3. What you may and may not do
- play on any number of your own devices;
- you may not reverse-engineer, modify or resell the game or its materials (art, music, text) or present them as your own;
- you may not use the games for anything unlawful.
4. Progress
Progress is stored on your device. We cannot restore it after the game is uninstalled or the device is reset — we keep no copy.
5. Liability
The games are provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything working but do not guarantee the absence of bugs and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of a game.
6. Changes
We may update the games and these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date.
