In short. The games work offline and need no account. We do not collect personal data and send nothing to our servers — we have none. Progress, records and settings stay on your device only. The Google Play version shows ads through Google AdMob; the device advertising ID is processed by Google, not by us.

1. Who is responsible

The games are developed by PascualLabs. Privacy questions: browsx.support@gmail.com.

2. What is stored on the device

The games never ask for your name, date of birth or any other personal details. Only game data is saved:

This data is never transmitted: the game does not send it to us or to anyone else. If Android backup is enabled on your phone, the system may store a copy of the game data in your Google account — that is done by Android at your choice, and we have no access to it; it can be turned off in Android Settings → Google → Backup.

3. What the games do not do

4. Permissions

5. Advertising

The Google Play version uses Google AdMob. AdMob may process the device advertising ID and technical information about the device to select and measure ads. We receive no personal data from AdMob. Google's rules are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of ad personalisation or reset the ID in Android settings: Google → Ads. The "No ads" purchase disables the ad module completely. Versions published on Yandex Games show ads through the Yandex platform under its rules.

6. Children

The games collect no personal data from anyone, including children. The Google Play apps are intended for users aged 13 and over; ads are served under Google's rules for that audience.

7. How to delete your data

All data lives on your device, so there is nothing to request: uninstall the app, or open Android Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear data. In the web version the data is kept by the browser and is removed by clearing the site data.

8. Changes to this policy

If the data we process ever changes, we will update this page and the date above.

9. Your rights

Because the data never leaves your device, you are fully in control: view, change or delete it at any time without contacting us. Questions are welcome at browsx.support@gmail.com.
